Dear Joseph and Shelly - It was an absolute pleasure to have spent this week with you.! I haven't had this much fun in a long time and I hope I can do this every year. You two have created an incredible memory for Margaret and me. I can't wait to get my film developed. I will send you a set though they cannot do the experience justice. The thrills, chills and scratches (we are still comparing them) are ingrained in my (our) memory. Take care and I hope you will keep in touch. Dear Milton, I just thought that I'd drop you a little line just to let you know how much I enjoyed my vacation in Arizona, especially the riding. I know that it will provide me with many memories that will last me a lifetime. Everyday I wear the Arrowhead that we found and it has become a true symbol of strength for me. Whenever things aren't going quite right I know that just looking at it reminds me of all the simple beauty and peace that I found on that trip. I've enclosed some pictures of our trip all of which I think turned out excellent! How's Reds training coming along? I'm sure that with some work and TLC he will make an excellent lead horse perhaps even as good as snip one day! I have now fully convinced my parents to let me come down all the next summer, so if you still need a guide I'll be more than happy to help out! Dear Milt: I thank you for the great and glorious opportunity that you provided me to ride with Yellow Snake. The riding was great, the scenery spectacular and, quite frankly, the cuisine was excellent. Yellow Snake has great talent over the open fire!!! I really enjoyed the ride from Mattie's Fork over to Seven Springs. The Cave Creek scenery was fantastic. Again, I thank you for your efforts in putting it all together. As you know, I am available for such excursions, particularly if you give me enough notice so I can push some things around. I also thank you for your friendship with Michele.
